THOMAS H. TUTT,
Was born April 8, 1825, at Scottsville, Allen County, Kentucky and died October 15, 1900, at his late home in Milltown, Adair County, being 75 years and 6 months old.
He came to Adair County when a boy. Reaching manhood he married Miss Susan Mercer who survives him.
He was afflicted for forty years which he bore with Christian resignation. He was a member of the Church of Christ for 45 years.
His funeral services were conducted by F. C. Shearer. At the close of the discourse the Masonic Fraternity took charge of the corpse and interred it with Masonic honors. A large assemblage was present.
